Is it ok to smoke stogies in your house?

My wife has absolutely no problem with me smoking in the house, but in my interactions with other botf's, I find that I am a pretty lucky guy in that regard.

My poll question is this:
What is your spouse's reaction when you light up a stick?
 
Seeing as my "spouse" consists of a few fish .... well .... they at least don't complain much.
 
Mine smokes cigarettes, but we both agree to smoke outside. Three kids in the house and I am not going to subject them to it. She doesn't mind the smoke, at times she loves the smell.:ss
 
My girlfriend doesn't mind. Her dad smokes a lot.
I live at home, and both my parents smoke so they don't mind.
When my GF comes over, I don't smoke around her, I'll go outside. She doesn't mind me smelling like cigars, but she doesn't like all the smoke blowin around in her face.
 
I dont smoke inside my house...Yet :D

However the wife is more than happy to watch me light up outside.

Didn't fully read the question (ie spouse), but I'm in apartment, and no compliants yet from the neighbors (although she can smell it sometimes).
 
This is really two different questions.

What is your spouse's reaction when you light up a stick? More often than not it's "Go for it!"

Is it ok to smoke stogies in your house? I would never do it. None of us wants the smell lingering in the house, in the furniture, etc. I'm perfectly content on the patio, or in the garage during cold weather.
 
We have a nice big screened in back porch with fans and a TV. Unless it's freezing, that's my place of choice. Just bought a nice big propane heater and it toasts up quite nice in the winter....

Mama lets me do a lot of other cool things in the house, but unfortunately this is not one of em! :)
 
I'm a college student living at home, and my parents are....well, less than comfortble with the idea that I enjoy this hobbie in the first place
 
The wife and I both indulge in cigars, but never in the house. Either outside or at our favorite B&M with some great friends.
 
My wife does not really mind me smoking as long as it's outside or in the garage in colder weather. If we can ever afford to get a bigger place, I'd love to have a smoking room.
 
Married 24 years to the coolest woman in the world. But in that
area, she's not too cool.
