New Neighbor hates my cigar smoking

Oh, I don't care, and I won't until she is civilized about it. For a while there was an elderly man that lived across from me. He asked that I didn't smoke outside when he was on his walk. I fully respected that and altered accordingly. The difference was that he was very respectful and kind...

New Neighbor hates my cigar smoking

I live in an apartment and have the same problem. My neighbor doesn't slam a glass door, but she insists on coming halfway down the stairs and glaring at me as I sit on my patio and smoke. Every time I just say something to the effect of "Can I help you?" and every time she stomps up the steps...

    Cigar cutter confiscated at airport.

I have traveled with a cigar cutter several times without a problem. I do remember them confiscating my sisters cuticle scissors while letting my cutter go right through. It also says scissors with blades less than 4 inches are allowed; when my sister tried to argue, they just got snippy. It...

Best way to fight cigar breath

Has anyone tried the mints/mouthwash designed for smokers? Do they work any better than regular mints/mouthwash?

    Nub Cameroon 466 box press

The Camaroon is my favorite Nub. I don't think that they are the best, but worth the money. I like 'em and usually keep them in a regular rotation. I haven't had any come apart on me, but I have heard people having that problem.

    They charge what?

Yeah, the only reason I walked over there was because I forgot mine and didn't feel like hiking back to the hotel. Either way they got you. You're either a cigar smoker stuck without smokes or a passer-by celebrating. Maybe next time I'll buy some Cremosas and sell them for $50/stick. I'm sure...

    They charge what?

:r And that's exactly how they can get away charging those prices. I just laugh when I think that the people willing to pay that much will probably brag about their high-priced smoke later.

    They charge what?

Well said. I also think that there are a lot of people there that will smoke a cigar in Vegas that don't normally smoke cigars. They don't know what they should pay and see a $56 cigar and think it's going to be the best. Little do they know, they are getting ripped off.

    They charge what?

I just got back from Las Vegas and found out just how crazy people are when it comes to purchasing an Opus X. I was at a casino and figured I would take a break and go smoke a cigar outside. I forgot my smokes at the hotel and begrudgingly walked over to the cigar stand (Davidoff) at the edge...

Anyone ever had a stem ruin a cigar.

I've only been smoking cigars regularly for several months, and I found a stem once after I clipped the end. I can't remember which brand (Padron 3000- I think).

Did you come to cigars or were you introduced?

I went on vacation with my friend and his family one year. His dad is a cigar smoker, and I thought that it was worth trying. For several years after that, I just smoked cigars sporadically. Recently, I went to that same friend's wedding and smoked a cigar with him, his dad, and a bunch of...

    Nub Cameroon 466 box press

I was a little hesitant to try this brand, but I'm glad that I did. I've really enjoyed the Nub's that I have tried so far. The only one that I haven't tried is the Camaroon, and that won't be for long. :ss
