It was! Awesome weather (i.e., no rain!) and who could argue with this scenery! Thanks again.

    smoking location

I tend to sit out on my deck and light up.. In the winter I've got to think ahead and start the wood stove up in my detached garage... Once it's warm enough out there, I can enjoy a stick or two. I'm still looking for a B&M to enjoy them in a little more comfort during the winter months. :ss:ss

Hot burn and harsh taste - any fix?

Every once in a while, I will "over smoke" a cigar - I'll draw too much too often. It seems to burn hot and then ends up tasting a bit harsh. Is there any fix for the harshness or should I just finish it the way it is or simply toss it? :cb

    How was YOUR fishing?

I thought I would share some pics from my fishing trip this weekend. While on the Lackawaxen River in PA, I started out, as I usually do, with a Sancho Panza Lancero, followed up with a San Cristobal Fabuloso, and finished up with an RP Vintage 1990. As for the fishing, I started with a nice...

I must have a some kind of phobia

I'm the same way, but I have my reasons... I don't want to light up one of the ones I've been saving until the conditions are close to perfect. When I smoke a top shelf cigar, I want to really enjoy it. By perfect conditions, I mean I have time to kick back and relax, it's warm and sunny, and...
