    Cohibas?

One of the cigars I enjoyed the most recently is a Cohiba red dot. I got it on a sampler and for a medium bodied smoke I loved it. I haven't paid full price for one yet and they might not be a good value at all though.

Ever Had A Cigar You Didn't Want To End?

I had one yesterday. A Cohiba red dot robusto but it was so great I thought, "Wow, I wish this one wouldn't end!" Maybe it was part of the zen of the moment or what have you but it was mild and just a great smoke. What is yours?

    What is the 1666 story?

I had a 1666 tonight. I enjoyed the flavor but it was frustrating as it was a very tight draw. It turned into an exercise in frustration. I only made it about half way through before abandoning it.

Gurkha Nepalese Warrior: A Musical Experiment

Yeah, it was more weighted to the country side of things. Next time I'll have a more balanced playlist:r

Gurkha Nepalese Warrior: A Musical Experiment

My experiment was to listen to a playlist on my iPhone to determine if mellow music and harder music would effect the taste of a given cigar. I randomly selected the Gurkha Nepalese Warrior to pair with a selected playlist. I clipped the cap and applied the flame while Johnny Cash's version...

    Quintessential Cigar for Guests

I'd go with the Taboo Twist Robusto. It is mellow enough for a novice or nonsmoker. Inexpensive enough to spread around. The wrapper is impressive looking. AND it is a boutique that they can't find just anywhere that sells cigars!

    iphone cigar app - thoughts

How about a FAQ for newbies to learn the basics on sizes, names, ring gauges, blends, countries etc. Yes I know a quick search could produce such results but this is for an app. Something to ease a newbie onto the slope.

    Chateau Fuente King B

I wish I had been reading something tonight to go along with this masterpiece of a cigar! Sorry no pics tonight, I really haven't smoked one of these before so I was expecting a so so cigar. I was so wrong! Let's set the stage. A quiet evening, a man with his lawn chair, ice water, and his...

    Taboo Twist Torpedo Review

I don't think two reviews constitute everyone. I happen to love the Twists Robustos, they are my go to smoke. Perhaps the reviewers just don't enjoy them as it doesn't agree with their tastes. That is the great thing about cigars. One person might love a smoke another hates. No one is wrong.
