well, i'd have to say that scotch, irish and bourbon were my favorite whilst smoking a cigar or pipe, but on occasion i'd have ouzo or absinthe with a stick and found it pleasurable. i'd definitely pick somethinging light-bodied, as to not take away from the taste of the drink.

I've had a few, and they're nothing to write home about. I probably wouldn't buy them unless they were super cheap.

I had one a long time ago and thought it was pretty good. can't remember too much about it, but it's definitely worth $2 a stick.

i understand why you use distilled water when adding to the beads or humidifier, but is it entirely necessary when you're simply placing a small container of water in a humidor? i always assumed that tap water would be adequate because you're not actually pouring it on the wood or element??

well, the one we were in didn't have any punch empties. and why would i go to great lengths to buy an empty when my wife was the one REQUESTING me to get a box of them when she usually poo-poo's me smoking and/or buying cigars? :D:D nope, i don't think ANY of the local stores have any EMPTY...

well, looks like the Gran Puro does have it on the front of the box: i only referred to it as a puppet, as i thought i remembered that they got their name from the 'Punch' puppets from the old puppet shows? i dunno...maybe i'm crazy.
