Quick thought. It must be something with the cooling process. As if the RH stabilizes with it off must mean the seal is decent. Would the cooling unit do something different to the seal?

I put electrical tape on it, to create what I thought was a decent seal. I guess I can try some silicone or something see if that does it.

Good question! I have thought about posting it too. It seems (to me) the only way to know about the ones without names on the cello or a colored foot is to measure them. That is to my untrained eye, im sure some FOGs could pick them out of a lineup.
