Quit cigs last Feb while working in Europe, can't smoke most places in France. Used the patch for about 6 weeks, not sure if that really helped, still had major cravings. Bought a box of MC#5's, had one every evening, that DID help! It is tough, but I'm sure you can get thru it. Good luck bro.
