When I first started smoking I was attracted to stronger smokes. Now I prefer the milder ones.
I attributed it to my inexperienced palette. I needed to feel like I was smoking something, as I couldn't pick out the more subtle flavors of a milder stick. :2

As far as customer service, cigar.com has always been great. They respond to emails almost immediatly. :2
