Just light it before you get in. If it has a draw problem, you'll know before you light it actually. If it does have a prob, hopefully not, just correct the prob then go out an enjoy it.
They are still worth a try though. Grab a couple to try out. I get five packs of the Classico from JR for around $15 every couple of weeks when I drive over there. Can't beat the price for this cigar.
One of my favorites! Smoked probably 20 of them and only had to toss one. That was because of a very hard draw, rolled very tight. After messing with it for 20 minutes (with 5 relights) and not even getting through a half inch I tossed it.
Next time I buy some smokes, I may have to pick up a Padron. I've never tried one, or a Pepin for that matter. Those two brands always seem highly spoken of here though so they are on my list.

Agreed! Make sure whatever you bought there is kept separate from you other smokes at home if you have any. Might have an outbreak of your own and they will destroy your stash! Also, might want to freeze those to be safe.

I like the last 2 inches or so myself. Some cigars get that slightly mint-like flavor towards the end. Maybe just where the nicotine has built up, but it's quite relaxing.
