    Big trouble in little humi

I do have an analog hygrometer. I will take the advice and get a digital. As far as the seal goes its a solid wood box. Would it be wise to get a a seal of sometype or leave it as is?

    Big trouble in little humi

I seem to be having a problem with my humi. I cant get it the RH% past 50. I properly treated the humidor prior to loading it. But I just can't get the humidity up. I even went as far as to put a 2nd humi disc in to see if that would help but no luck. Any suggestions please.

Cutting or punching cigars..what do you prefer?

it really depends on the gar. if it has a flat tip than I will usually punch it if it has a tappered end I will cut it. But every once in a while if I really want to get a good taste of the cigar eve with a flat back I will cut it. So as to really enjoy and cretic it.:tu

    smell vs taste

I really enjoy the smell of most of the sticks I smoke. If it has a good taste than its a plus but if it has a bad one i usually wont go back for another. I know Montes are good sticks but those are part of that smell over taste.:2
