    This is a "rolling" fault. The cigar was overfilled at the ends and that is why you saw a "full" red foot. When you buy in the future give the cigars you are selecting from a bit of a squeeze from foot to head to make sure that tobacco has been evenly distributed throughout. If it has "soft"...

    Palio cleaning tip

    NO The only thing to add or make clear is that the Q-tip should only be run over the top surface of the cutting part of the blade. The Q-tip should never be run along the actual cutting edge of the blade, as paper is one of the worst things for a sharp edge.
