I have had some excellent cigars in a PPP. However, being smoked rather quickly can lead a cigar to getting hot and may not be a good basis for purchase decisions. Just MHO.

I had a Twist Torp. last night and really enjoyed it. I had dry-boxed it at 60% for a few days and had no bitterness and no burn issues as previously mentioned in this thread. Overall, a really good smoke. :tu

Ditto on the Sancho. I do like the Doble Maduro precisely because I get the maduro taste without the nic kick. It's the only Gurka I like.

Since I started using Vector Quintuple filtered butane, my lighter problems have gone away. Another option is to get yourself a Ronson Jetlite. Only a single flame, but very reliable.
