No it won't harm your cigars to be at 75% humidity, but you will probably notice them not burning as well. As other have said, 65% is much better for your smokes than 75%.

I also have a Antietam humidor purchased from Mike. Does a great job at a great price.

As stated above, no legal real Cuban cigars for sale in USVI. You will see some fakes for sale around St Thomas. As for the BVI, yes they are legal there, but you'll need a passport and transportation to one of the islands to buy them. Not really worth the hassle IMHO.
