How in the hell do you justify $30 in oil for a turkey you bought for $10 or worse yet, got for free with $50 of groceries. I have never understood that. Plus it is insane to smoke cigars and drink beer sitting around an open flame and hot oil boiling over the pot. smoke me any time.
Smoke the turkey, but make the stuffing with Jalapenos and hot sausage with cayenne pepper, etc. the stuffing really adds flavor to the bird and then take out the stuffing and put it in the oven for about another hour to get crispy on top.
I just wish turkey were on sale more than 2 weeks out...
no metal, a porcelain cap from a tooth and then metal stitches in the forehead. I too am old fat and crippled but I still can take a full volley off a corner kick in the upper corner in my mind.

Ok here is the truth. I love Hendricks and the cucumber knosh is the bomb. However if you are a straight gin martini guy, you have got to have a salty knosh and that requires a different gin. Citadel is packed with flavor and goes great with that cocktail onion and olive with a garlic slice...
I too agree, I think you have all the advice you need to pull it off now. However, if you are going with store bought cue sauce, I hate to admit it but from homemade to commercially prepared "Head Country" is arguably the best. Comes in regular and hot. Walmart and Sams carry it.

Set vermouth bottle next to 5 oz. glass
Fill glass with Gin
add a nosh, onion or olive or cucumber.
Drink and repeat till you cant repeat
