I just wedge them in wherever they will fit. Sometimes a rubber mallet helps a bit with the process. Occasionally I have to lube them up a bit with lard. That helps a lot.

I store my cigars at 65%, some at 67%. The ones I am going to smoke soon are kept at 60% for a few days before I smoke them. I keep a few that I'm about to smoke in my 'dry'...
