    Ceramic Blade Cigar Cutter?

I have a ceramic cutter. It does not work very well. It looks like that one pictured, above, cutting the Cohiba. That single blade action just squishes cigars.

    Butter Beans! Simple and tasty

Two things I've learned about the Butterbean: It's funny looking, but tasty. And, if hit by one, it's best to fall down very fast after the first punch.

    Flor de A. Allones Prominente

Here's one other retailer: http://www.smokes-spirits.com/StoreDetails.aspx/Cigars/FlorDeAAllones/opt/store/3/category/157 Looks like they just sell boxes. But a couple dollars cheaper than JR. Don't know about the shipping costs at this place.

    glass Tubes

But then wouldn't you just toss them? Oh well, I have no glass tubes in which to start a beetle farm, which might be a fun think for the kids, now that I think of it. ;) Basically, this was all just kidding. No comments necessary. :D

    Purging - Catch 22

That is one reason for purging, to heat the core, even out the burn, and burn off any half-burned tobacco and residual gunk that has been collecting. You must be creating some kind of break in the burn, but it seems this has never been a problem for most.

    It's Julep time.

I think club soda might add that something extra and as long as you're adding another teaspoon of sugar to yours, the ratios might still be OK with some extra bourbon too. Most recipes suggest powdered sugar, but probably because they're made on the fly. Otherwise, there's not much to mess with...

    Rocky Patel Decade

Based on my single experience with the RP Decade, probably any of those would blow it away. I've never had an RP Edge, though. Actually, I really like the San Cristobal and would tend to chose that one out of all those listed. The few DPG Blues I've had have been good. I've liked most of the...

    Rocky Patel Decade

I smoked one (some of it anyways) and only one. So I'm definitely not even close to an expert on these. But in my opinion this cigar was bad, very, very bad for at least the first half. I think it was starting to pass through that harsh, acrid, really disgusting phase, but my tastebuds were...

Is it just me or do Gurkhas suck

This could've been a poll, to see the different beggars more easily. :) I notice that a lot of us think Ghurka prices are outrageous, but I've bought them really cheap and still didn't care too much for them. The thing I think really sucks is the band... makes me wish I had a funny-looking...

The Summer "Yard-Gar" - Myth or Legend?

If a yard maintenance service is hired to do the yard work, you could provide the workers with the preternatural yard gar; thereby you might find your yard gar. :)

    Ashton ESG review

I don't think the 20 yr Churchill was very good--just so-so. The 21 yr Robusto was excellent--so good I bought a box. Yes, expensive, but.... :ss
