I bought 10 of these from a member here and have been smoking them occasionally to see how good they can get. I have one more left after this one and I will be sad to see it go.
This cigar is strong and very smooth and has aged well. Age some of these if you can.
ONE WORD REVIEW: TASTY

I stepped out of the hotel tonight to enjoy a beer and a cigar by the pool. It is still balmy in Houston but the beer was chilled.
The beer: a Malheur 10 from Belgium
the cigar: a LFD Custom Double Ligero Lancero with a Cabinet Cameroon wrapper
what a pairing. the ale had citrus sweet...
I had some vietnamese food (sate, pan-seared filet mignon with a dipping sauce of lime, jalapeno and salt and pepper) followed by a Three Philosphers Belgian Blend Ale and followed that up with a LFD Double Ligero Lancero......YUM - Freakin' - E.

Is the people you meet and the times talking while enjoying a fine cigar. I have been lucky enough to meet a few BoTLs from CS during my travels (I travel for a living if you did not know) and it always amazes me at the genuine friendships that are sparked by folks with similar interests such...
Been a while since I did any reviews so don't expect too much.
First off is a pre-production Avalon Blind Mississippi compliments of Pathman
Construction was good if not a little underfilled and pre-light draw and flavor were both spot on for this churchill. This is a great full-bodied cigar...
The 4th is a very special time for my family as is Memorial Day and Veterans Day because we have a lot of relatives that are/were in the military. This 4th I am going to take some time to visit my father's grave at the VA Cemetery in Johnson City, TN and smoke something special. It will be a...
I got to meet some CS Brethren in Houston again tonight and it was a great night.
Xhris (Trinidad Chris) showed up as did txdyna65 (My good bro Kenny) and Corona Gigante (he mentioned Ann Coulter a lot). There were a couple of other local guys that Nicholas knew. A few nice pints of beer, a...
Herfing with Corona Gigante and 12stones
Last night I got to meet Nicholas (corona gigante) and Ricky (12stones) while I was in Houston on business. Let me say that they are both great stand-up guys and they made me feel like a regular member of their get togethers. Ricky gifted me a 5-pack...

I just had a Padron 4000 Natural that had been in my humi for the better part of a year and the review is very easy.....
Just plain old smooth and tasty with a perfect burn and draw or just FLAWLESS.
It made me want to buy a box and put them up for a year or 2.

For my 2000th post I thought I would do something less for myself and more for our community so here it goes.
I have been a member at CS for a little over 7 months. I have tried to be a contributing member and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and here are some of my observations.
I have...
Earlier today I posted about 4 wonderful cigars I had while driving to and from Raleigh, NC yesterday and it got me thinking. Being INVOLVED at CS has allowed me to enjoy this hobby/obsession (hobsession) even more than I could have ever done on my own with yesterday being a great example. Out...
I found some of these cigars (one full box and 11 singles) and tried one but they were just medium-bodied so I am not very interested in buying them. They were very good and complex, just not my personal cup of tea. These came out in November of 2003 so they have some age on them and if you...
Has anyone ever tried this cigar and if so, what was it like? I know that these were a limited release back in 2003 but I happened on some and want to know what to expect before purchasing them.

These are maduro panatelas (I think) at 5x38 and in the regular Fuente line, they are called Petite Coronas. I got my first bundle in today after seeing all of the wonderful reviews and I could not be happier.
Short Review but here it goes:
Appearance/Construction: a little rough and veiny...
I searched for a review on this cigar and could not find one here which has prompted me to ask my question.
Has anyone had these? If so, how were they? I know they are supposed to be aged before you get them so I was wondering if they had that good aged taste or if they still tasted young...
Okay, I did a review on the Tat Series P Corona Gorda a few days ago so this is the follow up to that.
I purchased a few of each of the Havana VI Hermosos and P1s a few weeks ago and have been letting them chill out in the humi. I waited until after I smoked the P1 so I did not get...
Every once in a while I decide to take something with me out of town that I have not had in a while and this week the LGC made the cut. I lit it up tonight not giving much thought to the fact that this cigar had been in my humi for about 6 months. As Steve (palm55) says there is no substitute...
