I will say that the Opus X is a great smoke. I just wish they were a little easier to get a hold of. I guess it all depends on what you are looking for in a smoke. Something real nice w/o a ton of spice!
opus X is a fantastic smoke. I have tried many, and this exceeded my expectations in all areas. I highly recommend this smoke. Treat yourself if you haven't already.
Gave mine a try just the other night! I do have to agree it was a unique smoke. Burned well, lots of smoke, but it was really loose, the draw was like as if I were smoking through an empty straw. As far as flavor, it did pick up a little bit of spice towards the middle to end.
I have the catalogue at home, there are some very attractive offerings, especially some w/ "gifts." It's going to be hard to fight off the temptations.
I am new to all this, I am assuming that Thompson is not putting out good products? There are tons of sites out there to buy from. How can you be sure you are getting a good smoke online. I usually go to my local shop to avoid this but the prices out there are very attractive.
