I just got back from Vegas. The price of everything skyrocketed since the last time I was there about two or three years ago (ten dollars for a margarita at ceasars sports book). When the nascar race was over I walked to casa fuente for a hosing over there. After getting ripped on the...

    mailing cigars

When we mail cigars in the heat of summer, Do we need to take special precautions and if so what would they be? Is there any thing that we can do to help them survive? Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill, and the heat is no big deal for a short trip?

    lighting a perfecto

What is the best way to light a perfecto? I love those hemmingways but everytime I light one with my torch it burns very unevenly. I'm very careful not to hesitate in any spot. I think the torch is too much for that size foot. Sometimes I end up clipping the foot when I don't have a match.

The P-word from a different angle

It seems to me that in the cigar world there are two holy grails. The first being ISOM cigars, The other is plume. What they have in common is that a majority of american cigar smokers have trouble finding either one. So when someone finally gets their money grabbers on a cigar that they...
