UPS is just awful. I live in an apartment building and USPS & FedEx will both leave packages outside my apartment door when I'm not home. UPS refuses and just leaves a notice on the front door of the building. If something comes to me UPS I am pretty much guaranteed not to get it.

I cut off the end sometimes and relight later in the day. It doesn't taste nearly as good as the first time but half of an ok cigar is better than no cigar in my book.

Stealing sucks, but serious advise to the OP: Keep a desktop humi with bundle cigars and a few nice ones, and keep your main collection in a cooler or another humi in the closet or under your bed.
