Was down the weekend after Labor Day. Made several extended visits to Corona with SmokeyJoe. Jose Oliva was there for a Nub event on Saturday. Picked up some of those. Also enjoyed Gods of Fire--yes--2 of 'em, a 26, couple of 64s, a VSG, on and on and on....some great tawny port, as well...

Called my mom about an hour ago. Told her I was smoking a good one in her honor. Her father smoked cigars most of his life, and she loves it when I fire one up by her fireplace. She says it reminds her of her father and her childhood. I guess I have a pretty awesome mom (in so many ways). :tu
