It's probably just part of the wrapper. I wouldn't worry about it, that is unless the cigar starts coughing, bleeding, or otherwise turning green.
Like others have said, you will start to pick up greater hints of flavors as you smoke more. But some don't worry about that, and most don't need to. The only ones needing to worry about hints of whatever, are those writting reviews for money. Most just fall into a "good, bad, great!" method...
