Hi everyone,
It's been a long time since I've frequented club stogie, I'm sorry to say. And I'm revisiting now because I'm faced with a dilemma.
I disappeared a while back due to my rapidly declining health and also because of problems I have been having with my wife. I'm now facing a...
I like these. When they're good, they're fantastic. But the construction seems inconsistent to me, some unravel, while others don't. I have a box I've been sitting on for a year or so, these do get better with age if you have the patience.
The flavoring reminds me a bit of the Opus X.
hydrate them 100%, sometimes the wood will dry out over time. My 65% holds at 62-65% Keep doing this over the next month or so and see if that helps any. Rehydrate as soon as you notice a drop in RH. the 70% could have possibly been miss labeled or been treated improperly, but test your...
I'm going through something similar right now. I'm pretty sure it's stress related. I've had a few stogies in the last couple weeks, all of them my go to top of the line smokes and I haven't really enjoyed any of them.

I would think that the bands would be so difficult to reproduce that if there were fakes out there, they'd be few and far between, and most likely using recycled bands.
When I was a kid I used to drink milk all the time.. I grew out of it at some point until about 6 months ago when we switched over to 100% organic milk. I never knew milk could be so tasty until I switched. I could see giving it a go with a mild cigar. :)
I'm all for technology in it's place, and it has no place in my world when I am trying to relax. Too many people let technology rule their lives. Turn it all off and grab a book and do some light reading or just kick back and do nothing. :)
Pretty much the same as I am smoking now, only I'd add in a lot more Cuban Cohiba's and Party Shorts. :)
My main priority would be to spend as much time with my wife as possible though. Smoking would be pretty far down the list of things to do, but it would definitely get done. :)
