Just gave this smoke a 2nd chance. The other 4 of the 5 pack I purchased have been resting in my new humidor at 70/65% for a couple weeks now. It was 100% better, no stale taste, great draw, tons of smoke, even burn the whole way down even with the breeze outside and with me smoking it fast...

I definitely leave mine on all the time. When I first turned on each of my hygrometers it took at least a half hour for the reading to stabilize. It would be a PITA to constantly have to wait for that.

Higher temperatures can hold more moisture much easier. Your temperature increased inside the humidor, the capacity for moisture in the air increased thereby making it easier for moisture to enter the air from the beads. I can almost guarantee this effect with 100% certainty if it was a drastic...

I smoked my first sun grown last night thinking it was the OSG. I was very impressed:tu, but this thread made me check and realize that I have 5 OSG's and smoked my only SG last night. Now I have 5 OSG's that are apprently not as good :( well I have yet to try it, maybe I will like it anyway:ss

Ashton VSG (Virgin Sun Grown) is the way to go. Still my favorite smoke.
