    Apparently there are now two bills in the legislature HB9 and SB 368 that would ban smoking in Texas basically everywhere. THe only exemptions as of now would be outdoor patios, homes, private or semi-private nursing home rooms, designated hotel rooms--with restrictions and in private clubs...
