I just put in yet another order with our friends at Taboo. Really cool thing is Patrick is going to ship it to a friend's house because I won't be home when they come in. :tu These guys are great!

I live just down the road from Original Cigar but due to the lack of lounge and continually fuzzy sticks of 'plume' I too go up to HM (We'll be up there Wednesday if you're interested).

If you go with beads, I don't really see the need for a hygro. I have a fridge with a pound of beads and a CA in it and have absolute minimal maintenance with it. I bounce a hygrometer from place to place within just to deal with my OCD on the subject.

I don't think you would have dropped a cooler or vino.

I'll second that sauce. My other favorite is Sticky Fingers Carolina Mustard. That stuff is incredible with pulled pork, the flavor works it's way in and amplifies everything about the pork. Everyone I've had try it loved it.
