    RP "The Edge" Toro Corojo

Wow, nice review! The Egde is one of my favorites by RP. In my experiences the nicotine buzz never happens while I'm smoking, I usually feel it about 20 minutes after I've put it down.

    Oliva "Special S" Review

Great review! I had one of these a while back and I'm kind of sorry to say that I was not impressed. Maybe it was a bad stick, but for that price I was pretty dissappointed. I'd like to try some more to see if any others are better, but at that price I'm a little timid.

    Partagas Black

They are definately worth a try. I get the maximo's for $5 a stick, and for that price not much else can compare. But as for the draw problems, that happens to me with other more expensive smokes. I always keep my henry's tool on hand :D

    Partagas Black

Ouch, that sucks. It's usually about 50/50 for me. They're pretty cheap so I guess you're not really paying for quality control...

Lighter orientation? Right-side-up? Upside down? Sideways?

Welcome to the jungle! It doesn't really matter which way you hold it, whatever's comfortable (maybe not upside down...). I usually hold mine sideways while I toast the foot, then right side up when puffing. As for the butane, good choice. Also, the lighter will not ship with fuel since it is...

    Sweetest Cameroons

The Oliva Serie G is a great cameroon, and a good price to boot. Also, the H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon is pretty good

I'm done with Rocky Patel Blends

Sorry to hear, the sun grown is one of my favorite smokes
  13. S

What was the sweetest medium to full cigar you ever smoked?

Oliva Serie V gets my vote. The Rocky Patel Sun Grown is up there too. But Pepin stuff like the Cubao, San Cristobal and 601's are way up there as well
  14. S

Any recomendations for the Pepin line?

Not his line, but the Cubao is simply amazing

    Perdomo Lot 23 (Maduro Belicoso)

Great review. The Lot 23 is one of my very favorite smokes. The belicoso natural and the robusto and toro maduro are the best of the bunch IMO.

    Opus X!?!?

I had one a while back and didn't really care for it too much, although the strength of it was almost overwhelming. I'd like to try a few more before I really state an opinion though.

Cutting or punching cigars..what do you prefer?

I cut most of the time, but if I can see that the cap is small or poorly applied, I won't risk it unraveling with a cut so I'll punch instead

Cigars 2 Pipes & Back Again

Agreed. They are nothing alike at all. I feel pretty much the same way when choosing what to smoke. I smoke both regularly, but just whatever I'm in the mood for.

Beginner, looking for some cheap and good quality humidor

Welcome to the Jungle! You should post in the introduction board and say hi. As for humi's, how much are you looking to spend? cigarsinternational has lots of good deals. Their 20 count boxes go for $30. Or, if you have more money and want some sticks included they have something like this...
