    Taboo Cigars

The Special Forces Original is one of the best cigars I bet I would never have had the chance to try if it hadn't been for this forum.

    Great Wichita News!!

Are you freaking serious!? I am going to assume that they are only going to use a portion of that space as it was massive. On the other hand, hopefully they will drop about 20 pool tables in there, man, it would be sweet to have a good pool hall around here again.

    Additives in Cigars?

I have it on good authority that Cremosas have a certain "something" added to them.

    Catalogs

I'm pretty sure you can view and also request hard copies from Cigar.com and Cigarsinternational.com.

Well son of a gun, guess I'm gonna have to get on over there and break it in.

    Fair enough.

    Cigar.com Brazilian Label

I'm a fan of them as well. If I had to choose out of the house brands though, I'd take the Cuban or the Corojo any day of the week. For the money, you really can't go wrong with any of them.

Any recomendations for the Pepin line?

Couldn't agree more. I assume that when you ask about Pepin lines, you are open to all Pepin blends. If so, check out 601 (Oscuro all day!).

What do you guys think about the Pepin JJ Maduro?

The JJ Maduro is my least favorite Pepin. That's not to say it's bad, just not something I'd go out of my way to get.

    Nub Alternatives

I had read a mention of these earlier, and as I am a big RG fan, I wonder if they are any good... Guess I'll do a search and see if I've missed a review on here.

Smoking cigar tobacco in a pipe?

I do it when I really want to nub the bejesus out of a particularly good cigar. It can be tough to get a good draw going, but if you can get it to "seal", it's off to the races.

What is your favorite Taboo line?

I don't want to come across as a jerk, but I didn't care for the sampler I got....that is until I got to the Special Forces Original... That stick will become a staple of my cigar diet until the stars burn cold. Just goes to show, there's something out there for everyone. (P.S. has Rob got...

What did you smoke during the CS outage?

Pepin Series JJ and enough to make me think I may have a problem.

Sleazy Cigar Shop - Gives cigars a bad name?

I'm not sure how comfortable I'd feel in there myself. I don't think your reaction is strange at all.

Cubao, You heard it here first!!!1

I tried my first one last night, it was great, but it had a pretty severe burn problem. To be fair, it eventually evened itself out, but it got more lopsided than I'm usually comfortable with. That said, the flavor was excellent. I figured I was just smoking it too fast, but when I read these...

New Neighbor hates my cigar smoking

I don't know if I should even voice my opinion, but I think a bit of tact needs to be used. While I agree that our rights are rapidly disappearing, I think we need to be careful in how we approach this type of issue. It's majority rule, and sadly we are a minority. As long as any issue is...

    Gurkha and Pepin Treatment

Same here, and I gotta tell you...I'm dying to try one. Hell, I might even follow it up with a Cremosa. Chalk it up to morbid curiosity.

New Neighbor hates my cigar smoking

I suddenly feel a lot luckier now about my neighbors after having read this topic. I guess it never occured to me someone would actually give you a hard time about doing your thing on your own property.
