$15-20 or Under Main Dish Thread

I am always looking for good, easy, quick, and inexpensive main dishes. Tonight got me thinking about starting this thread and tapping the CS collective culinary skills (I searched some and didn't see anything too close). I would like to see a recipe compilation thread. It would be best to follow some sort of format so if this gets very big, it will be easy to skim, and the recipe should total less than $15-20 (spices and things the average kitchen has like oil are freebies). On that note:

Main Ingredient: Turkey Tenderloins, but could be substituted with chicken or pork.

Ingredients:

1.25Lb Turkey tenderloins - about 4 pieces
2 tsp Canola oil (substitute with oil of choice)
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tsp minced garlic
sliced oranges
salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Tent each tenderloin with foil. Salt and pepper the turkey. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and drizzle over the tenderloins. Place sliced oranges into the bags. Close up the foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Let me know what you think, and let me see your cheap and easy recipes. I know there are books like this, but books just aren't as much fun as sharing with the B&SOTL.
