Uptown's is very very very good for selection. Last time I was there, they told me they were moving to a new location (the old one was shoved in the back of a shopping center)
As for 'atmosphere', I think that Stogies in Brentwood is a 'can't miss'

Uptowns is now across the street from the old location right in the same shopping center as Trader Joes.. Nice place!! Also I agree with Ted check out Stogies..
