[updated:LAST EDITED ON Jun-08-02 AT 12:05 PM (CDT)]wayne- if you have a recent windows os then there's probably a program called `microsoft photo editor' on your machine (usually photoed.exe)... or you might have an editor that came with your camera or scanner. anyway, you can usually resize (and crop a bit) the photo substantially without degrading the quality. that's what i usually do 1st because the jpegs my camera produces are huge.

How about having an account with yahoo so you can put photos there and you can delete pics as you run out of space? I use it for my pics.
