Stradivarius

Spent the past two days in Lake Charles, LA doing some location scouting and stumbled across this little B&M named "The Cigar Specialist" It was a nice little shop that was trying real hard to look upscale. They had a young lady working there who came from behind the counter and opened the door of the walk in humidor and entered behind me. She even asked if there was anything special I was looking for.

Near the top of one of the shelves was two partial boxes of Stradivarius. One was probably the robusto size and the other slightly larger. There were no prices on them so I asked. The smaller was $39 and the slightly larger one was $41. I passed on them because I thought that was a little pricey from what I had heard about them.

In fact most of the cigars at this B&M were higher priced than what I have seen at my local B&M and at the Tinderbox. And on top of that their selection wasn't that great or extensive.

All as not lost though as I picked up a RP Decade and a three pack sampler of the Excalibers.

good lord thats a lot of money for one of those:hn They prolly had the others hidden away to make people think they had been selling them:BS

That can be the reason why Tinderbox can go up in tinder pretty soon. That is some excellente MATH there !!! :bl
