taboo factory value blend

Legend

ChestBeater
Late night stogie

Decided to try the 2nd of a bomb from a friend

Flavor is mild. Burn is fast. This cigar is decent not fantastic. For less than a buck retail I don't expect much more.

I give it a 2. Yard gar. But a low 2. My other go to yard gars. Perdomo slow aged (which almost begs to be a 3) perdomo fresh rolled wheels. A variety of puros indios. Brocatus. I would prefer over this one. But it is definately not a dog rocket.

For those who don't now. My rating system

1. Dog rocket
2. Yard gar
3. Good to very good
4. Premium. (top 25 or so)
5. Super premium (the top 5)

I did not like them at all. It seemed to be underfilled because when I cut it or bid down on the head, the head would collapse. They are great though when you go to a bachelor party and all your non-cigar smoking buddies are drunk.

They aren't bad for $1

I agree with Yard Gar. That's all this cigar should be in the .59-.85 price range. I've thought about getting a better cigar for $1, but I only wanted one cigar for $1 or less. Taboo is more into Premium sticks and I think only one Value Blend is enough.
I could go out and get a better stick for $1, but I do have tons of customers that love the current VB in the .59-.85 price range. I would hate to replace it.
I would have a ton of customers upset if I did away with this blend.

I am open to suggestions on the future of a Value Blend in the Taboo line.

Fuente has it's Curly Head and Breva, so I do want to offer at least one low priced blend.

I would love to have your feedback on this.
Thanks CS

Exactly rob. Actually under a buck for a yard gar is awesome.

Most will be around 2 bucks. My expectations were that it would be a dog rocket.

Eh.. I enjoy them on quite a few occasions.. They are a bit underfilled, and burn fast, but I still find them enjoyable.
