Tatujate Red Label

K, so here's my first review in a while. I had a Tat red label tonight with a glass of Cockburn's 20 yr port.

Construction was flawless. No major veins, solid roll, but not rock hard. Just the right amount of spring when you give her a pinch.
Prelight draw was a prominant rich earth taste with just a little spice on the lips.
1st inch was slightly spicy, tasting of white pepper, macadamia, and a feint taste of aged oak barrell. After that, the stick got way more complex, adding a flavor of leather, brazil nut, and a touch of cedar, while maintaining the flavors of the first inch. The smoke stayed that way till I nubbed it. This smoke left me wanting more Tat's. Wish I had another!!! Oh well, tomorrow is another day, and I already got a 601 green label on deck, probably paired with a glass of Lagavoulin.

Nice review. You have some palette. Wish I could taste all that. Which red was this?

Tat Havana VI Hermosas. I'm sure my palette is no better than yours, I just make sure to write down what comes to mind as soon as it does. How many times have you gotten to the nub only to forget what the beginning was like? Happens to me all the time. :ss
