That special day

Guys, if you have a special cigar or two your saving for that "special" moment/day. Find a BOTL, smoke it now and enjoy. I lost a riding Brother this week at the young age of 47. We just don't know when our time is. I have 2 CC's to my name and this weekend another Brother and I will sit down and smoke them with a bottle of bourbon. I usually live my life on the day to day type mode. The grass is at my ankles, the house needs a wash and paint, the shed needs a serious overhaul. But I'm usually too busy on the roads and riding with my Brothers to do these little things. Those memories are more important than some Better Homes and Garden lawn.

Play with the dog and kids, grab the wife and go on a picnic with the traveldor. Work definitly doesn't get from me what it did when I was younger. I do enough to get a decent paycheck and then live to enjoy it.

Hopefully, this will uplift us all a little, and allow us to reflect on the better memories. The old saying, life is too short, comes to mind. It's too short to hold grudges, be pissed off the whole time, etc. Enjoy it. Light up a stogie.

Sorry for the loss; it does seem you are taking it well, at least taking it toward a change in your own life.

Sorry for your loss! Indeed, we know not our time upon this earth. Few will complain about not spending more time at work on their deathbeds! I'll think of the three of you next time I light up! Peace to you.

So sorry about your friend Mike, that really stinks.

Treat each day like it was your last, be with those you love, do the things you love to do, and smoke what you love to smoke.
