Well, I have bowled for 15 years and have always averaged around 180-190. I moved to Cleveland about 7 weeks ago so I had to find all new people to bowl with, luckily I was able to get on a team that started tonight.
Well I shot lights out my first night. I go 202, 276, 215 for a 693 and a whopping 231 average!!! While this isn't the best I've ever shot, it ranks up there. The 276 is my 3rd highest game next to 289, 278. The 693 has to rank in the top 5. I have three 700 series and I may have one higher.
I should have had 700. I wasn't really nervous at all. I could have struck out from the 7th and shot a 240 game. The 8th frame was a beautiful stone F'n 8 pin! Then I got the 9th and 10th and got a little fast on the 11th.
Had to share this tonight since everyone back home in Columbus is probably already in bed. The 2nd week stats sheet is going to definitely be a keeper with those kind of numbers on it! :ss
