I heard this on the local sports talk radio station in Chattanooga on my way home and they were talking about Fulmer being coach of the year. I personally think they are just a bunch of homers. This HAS to go to Sly Croom doesn't it? After all the Miss State Dawgs are bowl elegible for the first time in like 20 years! Just wondering what everyone else thought.

People in Tuscaloosa can't stop talking about how they think it should be Nick Sabin. Its funny to ask them why and they all respond "because of what he has brought back to the program!" They never like it when I laugh and say "oh you mean another 6-6 season?":ss
While were on the subject of SEC coaches from Mississippi, does anybody else here think what Ole Miss did to Ed Orgeron was complete bs? It wouldn't bother me so bad if they hadn't said all week long they they were gonna give him a chance to turn things around and then the very afternoon of their loss to Ms State they fire him!

And Croom should definitely get it. Just look at this year and the years before it. Case closed!

Fulmer did nothing to earn that honor. Sylvester Croom is a class act and deserves it.

I had to look him up. I went through the SEC and could name them all except Vandy. Don't know a single thing about him.

I will agree that he is probably one of the classiest coaches in the SEC. The rumor is that he is talking to Duke about their opening.
