Man, these past few weeks have been rough. I have been missing watching college football all day on Saturdays. Can't wait for the bowls to begin next week. Anyone else going through withdrawls?

At least I still have Sundays.

Yeah, this time of year is always depressing after regular season.

I'm with ya. I've found I suddenly have no plans on Saturdays and don't know what to do with myself. Fortunately for me, my wife has plenty of ideas so I don't have to worry about having free time for very long.

I do miss it. There is a positive for me, anyway, and that without the games and all of the hype around them, I actually get a little more work done. O.K., I actually get work done as opposed to football season.

I always look at photos of all my tailgates and games I went to to hold me over. That, and the Big Ten Network in HD. :D

After this season I can't imagine why any talented player would want to go to ND...

There's a passion in college football that you just don't get from the NFL. The bands, the drunk alumni going crazy, the young cheerleaders. Liten to the noise of a college game, then tune in to the NFL and listen. There's a lot missing in the NFL. In my book College Football #1, Major League Baseball #2, NFL Football #3 & in a distant 4th place NBA Bsaketball,(tired of the tatted, gansta' hoopster. My 2 cents.

Because they can start as a freshman, most if not every game is televised, NFL recruits will see them.

Went better than the first...the first was alright, just odd-ball questions...day 2 was more routine stuff. Thanks!

That's alright, we keep plenty of warm blankys and hot chocolate with cute little marshmallows for when the SEC schools head north. ;)
