Greetings all,

Newly back into cigars in the spring of this year after a ~10-year hiatus, and man, have things changed. Love the (new to me) Nicaraguan influence and greater accessibility of other cigars.

Recently decided to take my first steps down the slippery slope of cbid with a 3-week experiment - will post pictures when the first haul arrives, which should be shortly. The overall plan is to manage an ongoing annual supply of everyday and other cigars (for myself, clients and friends) within a reasonable budget (of time, space, and money).

Was very glad to have found Club Stogie, and have to say the support of the troops, Masonic presence (was a DeMolay as a kid), and support of each other is truly refreshing.

I look forward to learning from those who have already traveled this road of cigar happiness, and to sharing the journey in general.

The slippery slope just got steeper. Opened my first cbid shipment today, and my first thought was, "Gotta think about another humidor".
