Winnipeg in February is Hell. OK, maybe January through March. The rest of the year I think it's merely purgatory. It's been a few years, but there is a Shefield and Sons shop which I remember as not too bad. I was only there and Assiniboine park to escape the relatives. I can't remember the name of the one casino I visited but it was pretty fun. The waitresses weren't much to look at tho.
