I decided to fire up a Gurkha Legend Natural wrapper after the Super Bowl. I wasn't too impressed with my first Gurkha, but I chalked it up to "greenness". This Gurkha Legend was cooling in my humi for 3 weeks at 67RH. The cigar appearance was first class. Nice, fancy gold band, solid wrapper. I noticed a touch of pepper during the first few draws, then "No Taste"! I literally noticed a tasteless smoke throughout the rest of the cigar! Draw was perfect, Beautiful, solid light gray ash that fell naturally after 1.5 inches initially, then 2" before falling. Burn was perfectly even throughout. Very cool smoke throughout with a nice volume of white smoke. Stick lasted 1 hr to the nub. Overall rating 5/10 due to lack of taste. I have a Gurkha Red Label GGGGG that I will gladly trade for a good cigar such as a Gloria Cubana, Punch, Padron, Partagas Black, or Sancho Panza Double Maduro. If interested in a trade, send me a PM. Thanks!

Shame you didn't get much out of it. I sent a PM about trading for a Sancho Panza Dbl Maduro; hoping to try out a Gurkha and see how it is.

Just had my first Legend today. I must have got a good one!!!

I agree that the first quarter was tasteless and mild but mine got real tasty after that. I was picking up some real nice chocolate, nuttiness and smooth creaminess.

It went very well with a cup of coffee with some mocha mixed in it!!!

I would smoke one again!!!:tu

I had the same experience with an Ancient Warrior but I like the G3 & G5.
