The Yankees are the creation of the Devil! I truly believe that he owns stock in the team!! :c
Sox are done for the year. This team doesn't have a chance in hell of passing either Cleveland (or the White Sox, as it's starting to look), and, even if they did, they don't have the depth or passion of last year's team. Renteria looks like a $40 million dollar bust, Foulke is garbage (who I hope they dump in the off-season), and Schilling, Clement, and Wells are all pitching like number 4's (actually, more like NUMBER TWO) than the "aces" they're supposed to be.
Let the offseason come soon and pass swiftly so that Winter Jim can return :rolleyes:

I am a life long Yankee fan (Thurman Munson Rules) and love the fact that they have taken the lead. Boston won last year, that is good for another 70 some years I think...lol :fu

In any event, I don't think EITHER team is good enough this year. The Yankees have played well against sub-500 teams (wish the Sox would follow the example!), but, with the way Cleveland is going, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a Cleveland/Houston series this year. That'll probably be the lowest rated World Series ever!! :r
