Nub International and Price Point

Hey Sam! I am very excited to have you here and to try out your new cigars. I know that the Nub will be released in the states over the next few months, and the industry is clamoring to get their hands on one! My question is this - are you expecting or planning on releasing the Nub to an international market right off the bat, or will it start in the states and work its way out from there?

Also, what is the nub's MSRP? Are boxes going to be avalible from online retailers like Cigars International and Tinderbox, or will this only be avalible at B&M's?

I asked Sam about online retailers, last week. He advised me CI will be carrying them. I'm not sure who else, but I assume if an online retailer carries Oliva, they will carry the Nub as well, at some point.

I plan on doing the NUb launch here in the states, but it looks as if I will be launching in Amsterdam this September.

NUb will be Widely available everywhere come April 1. B&M's will not have to wait till their Launch Party to start selling NUbs, as that would put them at a disadvantage, as CI will be selling them in April.

The Price points range from $4-$7 dollars. We use a Milipound formula to come up with this pricing, You will be surprised at the amount of tobacco in NUbs. Some 4inch NUbs have more tobacco than a Presidente, and some can smoke for close to 2 hours!

Don't let the size fool you, these aren't 20 minute smokes.
