So I've only had a chance to try one so far. I chose more or less randomly (well, it smelled good) the C&D Engine 99. I really liked it - sweet but had some kick. I don't feel that I can say too much about the flavor until I've had more to compare it to. Hopefully that will be soon, the past week or two all my free time has been consumed by running wires all over the house for DirectTV. Hell, I've only had one cigar in the past 2 weeks.

I'll post again in this thread as I get a chance to try the others.

C&D Engine 99.
I like that one. Medium to full-bodied English mixture imo, with good flavor. Quite a bit of latakia, some red Virginia, Turkish and cavendish cut burley--per C&D website.

Damn, Dr. pipe tobacco at your service. How long have you been smoking a pipe. I might have to go up to Ft Worth so you can show me how to do it. Actually Im going to be in the Metroplex on Nov 4. My boy David Gray is performing in Grand Prairie.

I've been smoking one for about nine years. I'm no expert, though: as noted, my list of tobaccos was takend straight from the C&D website. I'm taking the MPRE (ethics test, requirement to practice law) that day, so I'll definately need a smoke. Let me know your schedule and we'll try to get together.

Well I guess we won't hang out at the local senios' center, then. Maybe some of the other guys will want to get together for a herf that weekend. I'll talk to Tresputt and see what he has going on.

I'm really slacking here. I just haven't had time - have hardly even had any cigars recently.
The only other one I've tried so far was Morley's Best. It smelled just as good, but I didn't like it very much. BUT I noticed it was pretty dry, so I need to try it again wetter. I also used one of the new cheap pipes I ordered, so that could have affected the taste as well.
