Id be up for it if I had any woodcarving tools. Alas, I do not.
That would be alot of work with only some sand paper.

all you need is a vise and a hand drill!!!
$15 on the right drill bit at lowes or HD and you'll be rocking and rolling.

some burrs that'd work with a drill I betcha... and reasonably priced too!
