Pulled a couple of nice shots of this today. Nice full body and great Crema. Had a smoky Seatle Style taste to me. I bet it would hold up great to milk drinks. The roast was on the light side. Next batch will be roasted a little darker.

I just roasted a half pound a little darker, with just a glisten of oil!!!

It smells great. Looking forward to tasting it.

Once I work through my 2 bags of Beso, I will try the Mano.

I have never had the success with crema and overall flavor as I have had recently with the Beso, so I look forward to expanding my horizons.

Have not done it in a press pot yet. I will let you know when I do.

The darker roast is the bomb!!! Thick crema and lots of body. It takes on a little sweetness when roasted darker. This blend is a winner!!!

Ive done the beso espresso in the press pot- thought it was awesome. Just dont over stir.

Sounds delicious. I have been impressed with every bean I have bought from Norman. Great stuff. I really need to get a mazzo mini and an espresso machine. Right now "just" french press (which I love) and a moka pot. Will have to do for awhile.
