Yesterday I had to sell some smokes to "stay afloat" during a 2 week layoff from work.

Today I open my PM box and there was an offer from a CS member to send me $100 with no strings attached. I gotta say, I almost got choked up.

In this day and age, it seems sometimes that plain old kindness and compassion are lacking among us humans.

But not here at Club Stogie. When I see all the care packages being sent to the troops, anonymous bombing for "no reason", and all the unbelievably kind offers of help given to me and everyone else here, it makes me feel GOOD. Real good, man! CS is like a magnet for GOOD PEOPLE.

I love this place! :)

It's really hard for people outside of CS to understand the brotherhood that happens here on a daily basis. People look at you funny when you tell them what goes on. For example sending something out before you get payment, the bombs, your situation, the trustworthiness that happens in the passes, the list is endless. It almost feels chiche to call us all family, but that is what this place truly is. We operate under different rules and that is why I love it here!

Keep your head up and keep moving forward....your situation will get better! :tu

The brotherhood here is unexplainable to anyone not a member. God bless this place and all the good brothers and sisters who make it what it is.

I couldn't agree with this more.

Keep your spirits up and know that we are here if you need us.
