JR Alt Hoyo Rothschild

The Hoyo de Monterrey Rothschild has always been a favorite smoke of mine. So, when I saw the Alt on JR's site, 20 of them for around 20 bucks, I went for it.
Although I only got 15 minutes into it, I have to say it was pretty damned close. The only problem was that it tasted pretty green-- I'm going to try another in a few weeks and see if it gets any better.

I've been told they ship around 3 months old. Give them another 3-6 months and they'll be great.

Ah, that makes all the sense! I had another this evening, with a friend of mine-- they weren't exactly plugged, but they were also a little difficult to puff on. I think a few months will do them justice. Thanks for the info!
