Ron and Viper have really done it.

My Travel Humi arrived yesterday. Heres the link to it:

I must say I'm impressed. Tough case without a doubt. Solid construction. I bet I could toss this thing off the bike at 75 mph and not worry about my stogies. The HumidiSheet is cut to fit at the bottom under the last foam sheet and keep the humidity in the perfect range. The really cool feature is the purge dial. If the inside of the humi has developed a vacum due to pressure changes, just twist the dial and the pressure equalizes and opening the humi is no problem.

All in all, I'm very happy with this. I havent loaded it up yet, but I have no doubts that this will be going to a lot of HERF's with me for years to come.

Thanks Ron and Viper for a great product.

Can you compare this to the otterbox cigar caddy? I know this box has a handle and a pressure release valve, but does this box seem built better? Thanks in advance.

I have not seen the OtterBox, so comparing would not be fair.

I can say that I have no concerns with putting my Opus X's and my ISOM's in this thing and then kicking the crap out of it around the yard, tossing it into the pool and then "air mailing" it to the front porch.

This is one tough little box. But the capper for me to buy this was that 2 BOTL's from the site are offering it at a awesome price.

Hope this helps.

I think the Otter Box has a stronger outer case.

The Cigar Solutions case has better foam trays, comes with the humidisheet (although I really don't think any humidity product is necessary in these), and has handles on the smaller 12/15 count models.

my impressions from owning both

I think its just a matter of preference.

I have the Otterbox/Cigar Caddy 10 ct and 32 ct. I like them. Maybe they do have a harder outer shell. I will let you know the next time I drive my car over it ! :r

I think they both are great similiar cases and its just up to you as to which one that you want.

Nice case. Happy traveling !

Thanks for the review. I just ordered mine and it should be here in a couple of days. Looking forward to traveling with something a little nicer looking than a Tupperware box. :)

Thanks for the positive review. My goal has been to provide quality travel humidors that are better than the "everyday" brands that you see all over the internet. I think that with my "Humidity Sheet", travel case with handle and pressure release valve, and choices in foam trays, I have met my goal to provide a high quality case, at a good price with good features.

Now, here is what I just finished up today regarding my small travel humidor.
I am going to have the same size case as my 15 cigar travel humi, but set up a little different. it will have 3 heavy foam trays that will each hold 4 - 6.5 inch cigars. It will also come with a sheet of "pluck and Pull" foam. the P-n-f foam will allow you to store a lighter and cutter in the bottom of the travel humi. when using this foam, the case will hold 2 cigar trays. so you can store your lighter, cutter, and 8 cigars. price will be $25 plus shipping. here are some pics. Thanks again for the positive comments.

Ron,
Will we be able to purchase the P-n-f foam trays separately on your website?

I should have some extras. i probably wont add them to my site, but you can send me an email or pm, and i can give you prices and payment details. These P and P foam only fit the 15 cigar case.

Mine arrived today and I'm impressed! I've got the Humiditysheet charging in my desktop humi and look forward to putting it to the test this weekend.

Thanks to Ron for the prompt service!
