I was taking a look at all my smokes the other day and was inspecting one of my rather treasured cigars to find it had a crack in the wrapper (the cigar was tubed). The crack is about two inches long and extends from the foot of the cigar staight up. I'm planning on smoking this thing at the end of the month. Any tips on how to seal the crack without damaging the taste and burn of the cigar. Thanks guys!

If you can find it, grab a bottle of Cigar Dr. It works very well at repairing cracks and make-shift patches.

Good old fruit pectin works great. I've made similar repairs and could hardly notice the original damage. It's available in the canning section of most grocery stores.
